Application Procedure

Selection of the Educational Institute which give their hands for the upliftment of the innovative thoughts provided by the students.
Fill the application form provided by the institution and returned them with a set of all your academic documents true copy along with the IELTS/TOEFL score card.
On getting Letter of Place from the institute along with the invoice, the visa procedure begins.  

Requirements for the LOA

Passport Copy true copy
True copy of all your academic documents till last qualification, with the school leaving certificate.
Transcripts of all your mark sheet for the above and 2 recommendation letters from school or college.
IELTS / TOEFL score card.
DD of application fees in favor of the institution.

Steps of VISA process

Get your Visa Letter from your college / university.
Gather your entire academic document along with financial documents.
Fill the VFS application forms.
Submit your entire original documents to any VFS Center nearer to you.
Process time for Embassy is 15 working days.

VISA Procedure 

If a student wants to study full time for more then three months, the student will need student visa and student permit.

Documents required VISA 

Passport
A recent passport-size photograph.
An 'Offer of Place' from an educational institution.
Financial document with the balance which includes student’s whole accommodation charges and return air ticket.
Medical Certificates from the NZIS approved doctors.
Embassy requires 30 working days to satisfy your application.
The New Zealand Embassy issues the final visa only upon the submission of the receipt of payment of fees and the original passport.
